` hehe. back from red cross house and back from dar and back as a certified first aider. haha.. so faint away my friends, have no fear coz polly is here.. hahaha.. i cannot guarantee u a perfect cpr, where i will mix up whether to check pulse or to check breathing, but i will try my best to save you. hehe.. alrite.. after these four days, i am really looking at rc people in a different light, BUT, the professional rc people.. meaning those paramedics like my instructor where they are the first line rescue that people in distress receive help from. i salute them. i finally realised the importance of those people in saving lifes of those victims. heh. do you know that our brain can only survive 4 minutes without oxygen? if, you were unconscious, and your breathing mechanism had stopped due to certain reasons, if you do not receive rescue breathing within these 4 unsignificant but precious minutes, your brain cells will start to die and you will never open your eyes to see the daylight ? LOL. ok, enough of all this. had a great surprise when i saw joeyee's name on the attendance on the first day. was thinking to myself, scarly it was him. it was him, along with another friend who is also a WCI. LOL. altogether, 5 CIs in the same Standard First Aid course and I know joeyee and yvonne knows the other girl. hehe. what a great coincidence. the world is so small. :) as usual in a class, theres bound to be a few ''trying to be funny'' sort of people. the ''HO''. *winks* bloody man. just cos he is one of the volunteers with the public members rc team, he machum he damn good. which in the first place we really thought that he was good, experienced and stuff lidat. in the end... -.-''' super super super dots. couldnt even execute a proper cpr. i only had problems blowing air into the manequin and the check pulse or check breathing thingie.. at least i knew where to press when executing cpr. he really anyhow one lor. if he on public duty, the member of the public sure kana rib fracture one. zzz. ok, enough of him. lol. oh yeah.. another problematic one.. first day when we went for lunch, only me, dar and yvonne.. then was inside ps's food court.. nvm.. 3 of us occupied a table.. meaning 4 seats.. so i was sitting there waiting for dar n yvonne to come back, this person just come n sit down at our table, without asking me ! then i was thinking, nvm, since same course, and we 3 people, then nvm lor.. in the end aft dar n yvonne come back, she just sat there and gave that kind of face.. totally zzz. i mean, like same course, then sitting with us, at least make some conversation ? (and some more nv ask and just sit down) dots man.. then fine, we just ignored her and carried on.. actually i noticed her looking at the 3 of us when we were walking out for lunch. how the hell she managed to locate us and even know where we were sitting really amazed me coz we walked really fast and she was way back of us. and yeah, she lost her phone and basically, made us search our bags and stuff. the best part is, we called the phone and it was ringing.. common sense is if ur phone really kana stolen, sure will switch off the phone and throw away the sim card one wat.. still let it hang there and ring for what? made a small hoo-ha and she wasnt even upset about it. she said she will just buy a new one. then for what make us search high and low? -_-''' heh. sprouting all sorts of stuff le. :P okok. ENOUGH. lol. four days.. the good.. the bad and the ugly.. seen all.. heard all.. experienced all.. but i must say.. dar.. love u lots.. heh.. :)  |
