♥ Friday, April 13, 2007 @ 9:17 PM ` finally !! the end of my ITP .. to us.. work is really ok.. we dun mind working hard and such.. but having such a fellow itp mate like THAT PERSON... its really difficult to control our temper !! but nevertheless .. we survived safely la.. if the time drags on .. i think i will ... hahaha.. hmm.. im abit crazy, but i did enjoyed my work despite all the complains of the solder float thingie (the pics r in !!) and the lack of gloves and masks.. heh.. thats coz my supervisor is good la. =D so i could peacefully make it thru my 7 weeks.. and i got an A .. =D hopefully mr lam will not give one grade lower for us also.. yuppie.. i particularly love the part which i operated that big machine (pic inside too !), lol, u guys noe for gmould practical wif Tan YY ? the drawing of those huge metal mould thingies ?? god, i operated the machine in which the mould is the most important part of the it and the mould weighs like a tonne ? the machine is to "punch" patterns onto materials. actually, its very easy to operate it, only need to be very careful when u press the green buttons.. yup, it was most exhilarating when u press the buttons, coz the heavy mould will go "pak pak.. ka ching!" and the whole mould will drop down to cut upon the material. though i guess i will not be able to apply those operator skills anymore, but at least i learnt how to use the monstrous machine. hee... oh yeah.. i didnt describe my job scope in depth huh? i did not work as an operator la.. i ran through the processing of a circuit board all by myself by scratch, starting from drawing materials from the store and such. yuppie. do you know that handphones, cameras and such uses flexible circuit board technology? and especially flip phones.. if u use ur phone regularly and rather intensively, its best not to get a flip phone, coz the flipping part of the phone depends on the circuit board installed. the R&D department actually tests different materials making that flipping circuit board how many times it can be flip back and forth before breaking?? yup.. so if u use it intensively and regularly, depending on its brand *ahem ahem*, u might need to buy a new phone soon.. heh heh ... yuppie.. also, making a circuit board is not so easy after all.. it is made up of many different materials and many different processes also. overall, i enjoyed my work la. =D tmr is the day that we start year 3 .. lol .. really very fast.. haha.. faggots .. must rmb to cherish our time together and take as many pics possible yeah.. if not next time no time to come together and take pics le la.. must have good n fond memories.. =D.. and of coz.. must study hard liao.. try not to dai dee so much during our breaks le la !! hahaa.. tmr is also our da jie da geraldine chiak loh tee thng hui rong sailormoon's 20th birthday.. girl, may u spread ur motherly love to us and enjoy ur start in the '2' head years ahead .. =D .. sweet happy 20th bdae and remain pretty and sexy ! i finally finally finally posted up all the long awaited photos.. think arnd 80 of them.. do have patience and sit thru them.. =D.. and of cos.. lots of photos from the 7 weeks.. =D .. i noe i look damn ugly wif the specs, but just keep ur comments to urself unless u provide me the money to make me new ones. LOL. and not forgetting tmr outing's pictures.. will add them in a separate one if not u guys will need to watch thru the many many pics before being able to see the new ones !! note to ge: good luck la.. and wish u success also.. =D
